Adventurous pastry chef Will Goldfarb (formerly of Papillon and Cru) is set to open Room 4 Dessert on the Soho/LES border (17 Cleveland Place). Details are sketchy about it, but anything Goldfarb does is sure to be whimsical, bizarre, and probably tasty.
